I believe in an holistic approach to healing. Our emotional world and our physical body are not dis-connected, they flow into each other and aid but also disrupt each other. If we listen carefully, both of them give us signals and let us know what we need. In this busy world it can be difficult to hear the messages or if we do, we often ignore them.

I aim to create a quiet safe safe space with my treatments and classes, that allow you to check in with yourself and connect with both your physical and your emotional self and bring the two back in balance. So that you can breathe freely, move gracefully and treat yourself and others kindly.

Guided meditation is a process by which one or more participants meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained practitioner or teacher


Massage is to work and act on the body with pressure. Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain.


Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing in order to encourage emotional or physical healing
